About Aparna Katre - President, Vidymarit Inc.

Aparna is a Social Entrepreneur and Entrepreneurship Researcher. She has educational ventures which help students and adults succeed in the 21st Century. Aparna assists aspiring and nascent social entrepreneurs achieve their goal of “doing-good and doing-well”. Her educational ventures help K-12 students develop both academic and 21st Century skills through one-on-one in-home learning, and using digital technologies and robotics. Her educational venture partners with business schools to provide personalized learning in the areas of Business Writing, Managerial Analytics, Decision Making, and Organizational Change Management.

Aparna is an Information Technology Management professional and advises clients to improve their business performance through strategic change initiatives. She consults with services industry clients to design and implement operational strategy and enterprise processes for profitable growth. Aparna has provided leadership in the areas of delivery management for global fortune 500 clients. She has led technology consulting programs and program management offices (PMO) for projects across diverse technologies.

Aparna is a Ph.D. in Management, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. Her research is on the creation and development of entrepreneurial social ventures.
